Subscribers Not Receiving Posts

Hi folx,

It’s come to my attention that a number of subscribers are not receiving emails from Mindbodies Decolonised (I realise you may not get this one either, so hoping you’ll see it through other means!). If you have signed up but haven’t seen any new posts in your inbox, please go through the following checks:

1. Check your spam folder to see if emails have gone there. If so, make sure "mark as not spam" in your email client.

2. Add [email protected] to your contact list. All posts will be sent from this address.

3. Send an email to [email protected]. This can often cause intermediate email filters to allow incoming messages.

4. If you are on a corporate or government email account, talk to your IT department and tell them to safelist [email protected]. They often have email filters that are out of your individual control and can quickly resolve the issue.

5. Check the archive to see which posts you have been missing and contact Substack support at [email protected].
